Salumificio Leoni organized the Taste&Sound event on May 7 and 8 as Fuori Cibus. The best way to meet friends, Italian and foreign customers not in Woodstock (!) but in Parma not far from the Fair but distant from the noise of Cibus. Our guests had two nice evenings in the quiet location of Shakespeare Café, where they tasted our products included some new ones as Porchetta Piper, Prosciutto al Basilico and Prosciutto al Peperoncino. It could not miss the Italian Pasta. And here came : Nidi in rosso con cupola di Prosciutto al Basilico and Tortelloni con Prosciutto Cotto “Soave” e crema di Parmigiano Reggiano. Three cocktail were created especially for the occasion. Leoni Swing, Leoni Jazz, Leoni Soul. That are the music genres pleasantly played during the event.
