Pursuant to the aforementioned article 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016, we therefore provide you with the following information:
- The processing will be carried out using computerised and/or paper-based methods.
- The User/Visitor is free to provide his/her own information by sending it to the data controller through the contact details on the website ( https://www.salumificioleoni.com/ ) and/or by filling in specific information collection forms on the site; in the latter case, failure to provide certain data could, depending on the case, make it impossible to proceed with the activities requested by the User/Visitor (for example, see “mandatory fields”, present in the information collection forms).

- The data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were provided; The data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested party for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, after which they will be deleted, except for their transformation into anonymous form.
- The personal data provided will not be processed for the purpose of carrying out an automated decision-making process.
- In the event that the personal data provided must be processed for purposes other than those indicated above, the Data Controller will provide information regarding this different purpose and any other relevant information.
- The data will be processed using methods and tools suitable to guarantee their security (art. 24, 25 and 32 EU Reg. 679/2016) and will be carried out through an automated process and through non-automated means (paper archives), to which technical and organizational measures will be applied to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk, so as to ensure on a permanent basis, their confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the processing systems and services.
- We inform you that, the data processing will be based, depending on the case, on specific legal bases provided by EU Reg. 679/2016 (in each information document published on the website the specific legal bases of each data processing carried out will be reported). The data controller does not currently process data falling within the obligation to designate a “Data Protection Officer”, as detailed in Articles 37-38-39 and Recital 97 of EU Regulation 2016/679. - The Data Controller also informs that:
- the interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to his/her personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him/her or to oppose their processing in addition to the right to data portability (art. 15, art. 16, art. 17, art. 18, art. 20 EU REG. 679/2016); by exercising the right of access, the interested party has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed, while the exercise of the right to portability allows the interested party to obtain from the controller the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or the transfer of such data from the original controller to another (see WP 242 of 13.12.2016);
- the interested party has the right, in case the processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) or on Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a), to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- if the interested party believes that the processing of personal data, carried out by the data controller, occurs in violation of the provisions of EU Reg. 679/2016, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of EU Reg. 679/2016 itself, or to take appropriate judicial action (Article 79 of EU Reg. 679/2016).
- the interested party has the right to be informed, by the Data Controller, who must provide for this without undue delay, of a personal data breach likely to present a high risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons (art. 34 EU REG. 679/2016).

3. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY DOCUMENT
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by giving notice to Users/Visitors on this page. We therefore ask Users/Visitors to consult this page frequently, taking as a reference the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. Unless otherwise specified, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that point.
