To become simply wonderful “UANDERFUL!” is treated with a special process: after slow steam cooking at low temperatures, it is finally browned with ventilated dry air: the result is that each slice melts in your mouth. The round and soft taste is a balanced mix of sweet notes and delicate smoking.

A combination that you didn’t expect but that you will never forget, a true explosion of flavors: crispy fried mussels wrapped in our toasted Uanderful!. A fun and unusual amouse-bouche. Double crunchiness, triple flavor and creaminess given by emulsified Jerusalem artichokes.
With the stuffed mussels we paired an Americano Rosa (red vermouth, bitters and grapefruit soda).
We went even further: an experience that stimulates the palate, where saltiness meets the enveloping sweetness of liquorice powder. A unique combination of flavors for our pizza with buffalo mozzarella, blue cheese and Uanderful! outside the oven plus liquorice.
