Uau! is the result of a recipe studied for a long time and calibrated for a spicy and balanced taste. The saline – made from chilli pepper from southern Italy – is capable of taking you on a journey around the tastes of the whole world.
A symphony of flavours: Uau! skilfully wraps the courgette flowers stuffed in batter. This pancetta together with courgette flowers create a perfect contrast between the heat and crunchiness of the bacon and the delicacy of the filling. This proposal combines intensity, explosion of flavor and fun for the palate.
We paired the courgette flowers with a Moscow Mule (gin, lemon juice and ginger beer).
