It stands out among all because it maintains a craftsmanship with hand binding: it respects our family recipes handed down over time as a precious treasure.
The herbs used for the external crust, such as sage and rosemary, are harvested fresh every morning – still wet with dew – directly from the crops of our Matildic territory.

An explosion of refined flavours: our roast ham – with its irresistible crunchiness and intense flavour – blends perfectly with the delicacy of a champagne risotto. Together they creat a gourmet dish that combines tradition and innovation in every bite.
Aronne Leoni Riserva can also be a great classic that reinvents itself by enriching a Croque Monsieur: meltability and strong flavor give life to an even more irresistible version of this iconic dish. This is a perfect emblematic and creative meeting.
We paired the croque monsieur with Sparkling Frenche 75 (gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and champagne).
